Training

Under the Less-water Irrigation with Climate Resilient and Effective Agriculture Techniques (LICREAT)- project there was arranged a 02 (One) day long training on climate resilient and environment friendly agriculture practices and recent introduced crop varieties to the 25 leading farmers residing at Jamal Union under Kaliganj Upazila of Jhenaidah district. The training organized at the training room of Sonar Bangla Foundation on 18-19 December 2024. The training inaugurated by the Executive Director of Sonar Bangla Foundation Mr. Shibu Pada Biswas. As trainers thre were present the following reseource persons:

1.     Md. Mahbub Alam Roni- Upazial Agriculture Officer Kaliganj

2.     Upazila Social Service Officer Md. Tariqul Islam

3.        Md. Md. Nizam- Sub- Assistant Engineer Kaliganj.

4.     Md. Matiar Rahman, AAEO

To complete the training with effective manner and meeting the project goal  the Executive Director of Sonar Bangla Foundation Mr. Shibu Pada Biswas has successfully coordinated. Where all the project staffs has supported him from their end aiming at making the training program effective and result- making. All the 25 farmers who attended to the training were the residents of. Jamal Union under Kaliganj Upazila of Jhenaidah district were active and ensured effective participation during the two days long training.
